3. Terms of sale
Article 30, paragraph 1: the seller (manufacturer) must allow a non-food item of proper quality to be exchanged or returned within fourteen calendar days of purchase — provided it has not been used and its presentation, consumer properties, seals and labels are intact and proof of purchase is kept, unless a longer period is set by contract — with the exception of medicines and medical devices.
Medicines and medical devices of proper quality cannot be exchanged or returned.
4. Proof of purchase
When selling an item the seller issues a document confirming the purchase (a receipt) or a contract. All information in the state and Russian languages is displayed in the sales area of every pharmacy in the chain.
