How to place an order
Five simple steps — from cart to collection. Assembling a pickup order takes up to 60 minutes and is free.

Find the products
Search by name, symptom or INN — or browse the catalogue. Tap “Add to cart”.

Choose a pharmacy or an address
In the cart, pick a pharmacy for collection or an address for delivery.
3
Place the order
Fill in your contact details and confirm your phone number with a one-time code (OTP).
4
Delivery and payment
Pickup, courier or express; pay with Kaspi Pay or by card.
5
Collect the order
An SMS with the number GP-XXXXX and a notification when it's ready. Pickup within 60 minutes.
