Yes. Prescription (Rx) medicines are dispensed only on presentation of a doctor's prescription at the pharmacy — they cannot be ordered for delivery without one.

Medicines of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged — that is Kazakhstani law. You can only return defective goods, goods whose shelf life had expired at the time of purchase, or an incorrectly assembled order: contact any pharmacy in the chain or request a return in “My orders”. Stock levels come from the pharmacies' accounting system. If a product is missing, it has run out at the selected location. Try another pharmacy or check back later: stock is replenished regularly.
